Josiane Versini - Founding partner

Josiane Versini is the founder of Exvisu and is the head of the Paris office. She has a vast experience in market research and opinion research, having worked for over 8 years in a prominent Paris marketing research firm, followed by positions in television production and as a partner in a global communications firm. Josiane has extensive experience in several sectors, including the pharmaceutical sector, industrial corporations, and environmental organizations, among others. She also has a rich background in directing projects in the public sector in Europe. Josiane holds Masters degrees in Economics and Marketing from Paris Sorbonne.

Claude G. Théoret - Partner, lead data analyst and science policy consultant

Claude Théoret is responsible for data analysis and science policy for Exvisu, as well as the head of the Montréal office. He help found the Astronomy department at McGill and his PhD work earned him first place in the provincial astronomy and astrophysics postdoctoral fellowship competition. Claude did his postdoctoral work at the Collège de France with the HESS collaboration, where he co-published two papers in Nature and one in Science. After a second postdoctoral fellowship, he was professor of physics and statistics at the American University in Paris. He turned his analytical expertise to Actor Network Theory and his work on the mapping of the Nanotechnology community has been published twice. Claude holds a PhD in Physics (Astrophysics) from McGill University.

Michael Boyle - Partner and online strategy consultant

Michael Boyle is a marketing and communications consultant with over ten years of experience leading innovative marketing programs for business of all sizes, from startups to multinationals and everything in between. Michael is a recognized expert in internet marketing, and has experience in the pharmaceutical and software industries. In addition, Michael has a great deal of experience with public sector consulting and research. Throughout his career, Michael has served as an effective change agent, helping organizations to innovate through the use of a careful consultative practice based on solid business research matched with a wide experience in new technology and the Web. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Concordia University.

Eric Steedman - Partner and sustainable business & economy consultant

Eric Steedman delivers strategic consulting services to entrepreneurs, companies, and governments facing challenges related to sustainable and effective business and community-building practices, from policy to development to integration. Eric has worked in the area of sustainable investment and economy for the past 15 years, including 3 years as portfolio manager of the Dreyfus Third Century Fund in New York City. In 2000 Eric and a colleague founded Community Experience Initiative, an innovative national internship foundation working to build stronger links between business schools and the community and responsible business sectors. Eric holds an MBA from McGill University and an M.Phil in political theory from the University of Glasgow.

Caroline Allard – Partner, political communications consultant

Caroline Allard is a PhD candidate in philosophy at the Université de Montréal, and a scholar of the Fondation Trudeau. Her doctoral thesis deals with the distribution of responsibility in hierarchical organizations, in relation with group ontology (the way in which we consider the nature of groups and of the links existing between individuals acting inside those groups). She is also the author of Les Chroniques d’une Mère indigne (Éditions du Septentrion), a book originally published as a blog.
